This piece will also explore the notion of self and how it may become lost to those dwelling on the streets.

What does one imagine life in a trailer park is like? 6% of the U.S.’s population live in trailer parks, but they are often misunderstood, ignored, and stereotyped. In this paper Forrest explores trailer parks in the United States using the lens of community and diversity, and tries to find their space in the American urban landscape.
In April 29th, 1992, a riot starts in Los Angeles, California. The Korean community in particular was more adversely affected than any other, and in the face of angry looters and with little to no help from the Los Angeles public system, this community would come together to protect their livelihoods and push back against the “system.”
Okayama has a wide variety of bars and eateries ready to be explored. In this article, Forrest gives a glimpse into three different establishments where one could find good food, drinks, and friends.
